Please have your documents ready to streamline the process. If you're currently without the required documents, it's perfectly acceptable to pause here. You can return at a later time and pick up right where you left off.
1. Welcome
Start by reading and agreeing to the university's Terms & Conditions, accessible through the provided link. This step legally binds you to the university's policies.
2. Identity Verification
-
Preparation: Before you begin, ensure you have a valid government-issued ID with a photograph ready. This can be a passport, a national ID card, or for Indian citizens, a Aadhaar Card.
-
Verification: Our secure partner, withPersona, handles identity verification. Here's how it works:
-
Click "Verify your identity" to proceed.
-
Select your ID's issuing country from the menu.
-
Choose the type of ID you're using for verification (ideally, a passport or ID card).
-
Show your ID to the camera or upload a clear picture, ensuring visibility and no obstructions.
-
Follow withPersona's guidance for a seamless verification.
-
-
Details: Input your legal name exactly as it appears on your ID including your initials, along with your date of birth, nationality, contact information, and a professional network profile link if available.
-
Profile Photo: Upload a recent, clear photo. This photo can be updated in your account settings later if needed.
-
Profile Name vs. Legal Name: The profile name typically refers to a preferred name. This can be different from legal name and is used to personalize the communications. The legal name is the student's official full name as recognized by legal documents such as a passport, or national ID.
3. Qualification Submission (applicable only for academic board and faculty)
You need to provide details and evidence of the highest level of education you have achieved. Your submitted qualifications will be reviewed by Woolf's accreditation team for verification. If your submission is rejected, a reason will be provided, allowing you to resubmit with the necessary corrections.
Faculty
Faculty roles display education options and direct you to the respective education form based on the selected level. You must fill in all required information to proceed to the next step.
Academic Board
Academic roles show the Doctoral education level by default without the possibility to choose the education level.
Doctoral education includes an alternative flow where you may upload your certificates or choose the option where you do not hold any public record or other evidence of your Doctoral education and you confirm you had asked your university registrar to email support@woolf.university to confirm your degree.
4. Public profile (applicable only for academic board and faculty)
You need to provide your short professional bio of at least 200 characters. The bio will be used in your public profile and be visible to all visitors to the college.
Experience, publications, and education fields are optional.
5. Agreement Signing
-
Review: You'll be presented with an agreement summarizing responsibilities, and required compliance with Woolf's academic and policy standards, which new members must acknowledge and agree to by signing.
-
Signature Submission: You will sign the agreement digitally, a straightforward process requiring your signature and initials. You have the option to type, draw, or upload your signature and initials.
-
Typed: Simply enter your name and initials as you want them to appear.
-
Drawn: Use your mouse or touchscreen to draw your signature directly in the provided space.
-
Upload: If you have a pre-saved digital signature, you can upload it in PNG or SVG format.
-
Option to Decline
Should you choose not to proceed, you have the option to decline the agreement. Clicking 'Decline' will prompt you to state your reasons. Be aware that this action will end the opportunity to be part of the college member.
💡Note: Remember, once you sign or decline the agreement, the action is final. Review your decision carefully before proceeding.
Submit Agreement
After you've diligently completed all steps, submit the agreement.
Congratulations! You've successfully navigated through the staff onboarding process.
