When initiating the degree application process for your students, the approach you take — either direct invitation via the Woolf Accreditation Management System (AMS) or through an API — shapes the initial steps they will follow.
For invitations via API:
- Students won't receive a starting email from Woolf.
- The application is initiated through a widget that the College must activate for the student, facilitating the onboarding process.
- Alternatively, students can access the application via a Floating Action Button (FAB) with the Woolf logo.
For manual invitations via AMS:
- Woolf will directly email students an invitation to start their application.
- By clicking 'Start Application' in the email, students enter the standardized application process.
Regardless of the method used to invite students, the application journey remains consistent. This ensures every student experiences a standardized and straightforward process.
