Who is a Woolf Student?

A Woolf student is an individual who has successfully completed the Degree application process, had their qualifications verified by Woolf, signed a student agreement, and is marked as "ACTIVE" in the Degree system. Being a Woolf student means you are enrolled in a degree program and are entitled to earn credits, receive a student ID card, obtain a transcript, and have a Woolf public credentials page.
How to Check If You Are a Woolf Student
To determine if you are a Woolf student, follow these straightforward steps:
- Navigate to the Woolf platform: Go to https://ams.woolf.university/ using your preferred web browser.
- Enter the email address associated with your Woolf account: If you have multiple email accounts and are unsure which one is linked to your Woolf account, attempt to log in with each email address.
- Confirm Your Sign-In via Email: You will receive an email from Woolf titled "Confirm your sign-in." This email contains a button labeled "Open." Click on this button, which contains a link for you to sign in directly to the Woolf AMS. This step is crucial for securely logging into your account.
- Once logged into the Woolf AMS, you can easily check your student status:
- Your Dashboard: Here, you will find information about your degree program and College.
- View Your Status: Look for your status indicator, which can be either:
- Pending: Indicates you have not yet been admitted to the degree program.
- Active: Signifies you have been admitted and are active within the degree program. This status allows you to access various student benefits, including earning credits and obtaining official documentation like ID cards and transcripts.
- View Your Progress: Your dashboard also provides an overview of your current progress in your degree program, including courses, activity, grades, and more.
