Degree Students Page
To begin checking your degree enrollments in the Accreditation Management System (AMS), navigate to the Degree students page. Here, you can filter for pending, active, or archived enrollments and identify the likely steps preventing students from finishing their enrollment.
Degree Students Filters
This table allows users to view all degree students and the various filters available for analysis.
Degree Filter
Enables filtering enrollments by degrees.
Status Filter
A degree student status indicates the current stage of enrollment and progress within a program.
- Pending: The student hasn't completed the enrollment process or the college hasn't approved the enrollment. Students can perform learning activities but cannot receive credits.
- Active: The student is compliant with all program requirements and is actively enrolled in the degree.
- Submitted: The student has completed their degree requirements and their record has been submitted for issuing credits.
- Completed: The student has successfully graduated from their degree.
- Rejected: The college has rejected the enrollment.
- Archived: The student has ceased their learning activities, and their enrollment record is currently archived. They cannot proceed until their record is unarchived.

Onboarding Started
Filters enrollments by start status.
- Yes: The student has started enrollment and has completed one or more steps in the process.
- No: The student has not started the enrollment.
Identity Verification
Filters enrollments by student ID status.
- Pending: The student has not completed ID verification.
- Verified: The student has successfully verified their ID.
- Rejected: The college rejected the student's ID due to non-compliance.
Qualification Verification
Filters enrollments by student qualification status.
- Pending: The student has not submitted qualifications. Reach out to the student and encourage them to complete the process.
- Submitted: The student has submitted qualification documents. The Woolf Accreditation Team typically requires from 12 to 72 hours to review them.
- Verified: The Woolf Accreditation Team has verified the student's qualifications.
- Rejected: The Woolf Accreditation Team rejected the student's qualifications due to non-compliance. The reason for rejection is detailed in the qualification field on the student's application page and appears in a tooltip near the student's name. Please reach out to the student and guide them accordingly.
Motivation Status
Filters enrollments by motivation status.
- Pending: Student has not provided motivation.
- Verified: Student has provided motivation.
Agreement Signed
Filters enrollments by agreement status.
- Pending: The student has not signed the agreement.
- Signed: The student has signed the agreement.
- Declined: The student has declined the agreement.
Application Submitted
Filters enrollments by application submitted status.
- Pending: The student hasn't submitted the application yet.
- Completed: The student has submitted the application for college approval.
- Rejected: The student has rejected the application.
College Approval
Filters enrollments by college approval. Please find the article about application approval process here.
- Pending: The student's application is awaiting college approval.
- Submitted: The student's application is submitted for approval of the college's Academic Board member by college's admins.
- Approved: The student's application has been successfully approved by the college.
- Rejected: The student's application has been rejected by the college.
Activated
The Activated filter divides the student's onboarding process based on whether they have completed it or not.
- Yes: The Student has completed all the required Onboarding steps and can begin his course activity, the status is active.
- No: The Student has not completed either one or all of the steps in the Onboarding process and the status is pending.
Payment Status
Filters enrollments by payment progress.
- Paid: The student has made 100% of the payment.
- Not Paid: The student has not made the full payment and can be in any status.
Payment %
Enables filtering of enrollments based on the specified range of tuition fees paid.
Date of Creation
Filters enrollments based on the date of invitation the student to Degree. This feature can be useful, for instance, to identify enrollments belonging to a particular cohort.
Export in CSV
The Degree students list can be exported in CSV format to facilitate further processing and analysis of all the data. The exported CSV data will reflect the impact of all enabled filters. Please be aware that the data entered in the search DOES NOT influence the results of the CSV export.
Student's Compliance Indicator
Each student has an icon next to their name indicating their compliance. Hovering over the icon reveals a tooltip providing information on the status of certain filters. This tooltip includes details such as:
1. Progress towards fulfilling degree requirements (they will only receive a green checkmark once they have fully finished. Until this moment, the icon will be yellow indicating the "in progress" status):
- Workload completion
- Payment completion
- Onboarding completion
2. Progress towards onboarding completion:
- The date the student account was created
- The enrollment start date
- The status of identity verification
- The status of qualification verification
- The status of submitting the motivation
- The status of signing the agreement
- The status of application submission
- The status of college approval
- The student activation date
Additionally, each student has an Application page that outlines the details of every step in the onboarding process. This page is accessible when hovering over the student's name. Click the "Application" button to navigate to it.
