Detailed Instructions
The estimated time to complete this application is 15-20 minutes. However, prioritize accuracy over speed—ensure every detail is correct before moving forward.
Please have your documents ready to streamline the process. If you're currently without the required documents, it's perfectly acceptable to pause here. You can return at a later time and pick up right where you left off.
1. Start Your Application
Start by reading and agreeing to the university’s Terms & Conditions, accessible through the provided link. This step legally binds you to the university's policies.
2. Identity Verification
- Preparation: Before you begin, ensure you have a valid government-issued ID with a photograph ready. This can be a passport, a national ID card, or for Indian citizens, a Aadhaar Card.
- Verification: Our secure partner, withPersona, handles identity verification. Here's how it works:
- Click "Verify your identity" to proceed.
- Select your ID's issuing country from the menu.
- Choose the type of ID you're using for verification (ideally, a passport or ID card).
- Show your ID to the camera or upload a clear picture, ensuring visibility and no obstructions.
- Follow withPersona's guidance for a seamless verification.
- Details: Complete your profile with personal details, which will be used across university documents. Input your legal name exactly as it appears on your ID including your initials, along with your date of birth, nationality, contact information, and a professional network profile link if available. Ensure accuracy as these details will appear on your student records.
- Profile Photo: Upload a recent, clear photo for your student ID card. This photo can be updated in your account settings later if needed.
- Profile Name vs. Legal Name: The profile name typically refers to a preferred name. This can be different from legal name and is used to personalize the communications. The legal name is the student's official full name as recognized by legal documents such as a passport, or national ID. This name is used in official records and formal transactions.
3. Qualification Submission
You need to provide details and evidence for the highest level of education you've achieved.
Your submitted qualifications will be reviewed by Woolf's accreditation team for verification or rejection. A rejection will include a reason, allowing you to resubmit with the necessary corrections.
Education Level
Select the highest level of education you've achieved from the provided options.
When selecting your educational level in the application, consider the highest degree you have fully completed. Here's how to determine which option to select:
- Doctoral: Choose this if you've been awarded a PhD or equivalent and can provide a URL to your published thesis.
- Postgraduate (Master's): If you've earned a Master's degree or any postgraduate diploma/certificate, this is your pick.
- Undergraduate (Bachelor's): Select this if you possess a Bachelor's degree and the corresponding diploma or certificate.
- Lower Undergraduate: Opt for this if you've partially completed a Bachelor's degree or have finished an Associate's degree or equivalent two-year program.
- High School: This is for applicants whose highest completed education is a high school diploma.
Remember, the chosen level must be supported by documentary evidence. If you're applying for a program that typically requires a Bachelor's degree but you've only completed some undergraduate coursework or an Associate's degree, you can still choose "Lower Undergraduate" and provide details about your professional experience for consideration under a non-standard admission process.
Filling Out Educational Details Based on Chosen Level
- Institution and Degree Information: List the university's name and your degree title, ensuring it matches the one on your diploma.
- Study Period: Indicate the years you were enrolled in your Bachelor’s program.
- Supporting Documents: Upload official certificates or diploma. For non-English documents, original university-issued certificates are valid without translation.
Special Considerations for Doctoral Graduates
Thesis Link:
- Include the URL where your thesis is published if it's available in your university's library or an official government database.
- Without URL: Upload your degree certificate or ask your university registrar to confirm your degree via email to Woolf support (support@woolf.university).
Showcasing Relevant Experience for Degree Eligibility
If you're applying to a degree program that typically requires an undergraduate degree or higher, but your highest qualification is an associate's degree, partial bachelor's studies, or a high school diploma, the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) process allows you to use your professional and non-academic experience to strengthen your application.
Professional Experience:
- Country: Select the country where the majority of your work experience was obtained.
- Years of Experience: Sum up the total years of relevant work experience.
- Professional Network Profile: Include a link to your LinkedIn profile or an equivalent professional network.
Evidence to Support Experience:
- CV/Resume: Upload a current CV or resume that includes a comprehensive list of your work experience, educational background, certifications, and any relevant skills.
- Supporting Documents: Attach all certifications mentioned in your CV to corroborate your claims.
- References and Portfolios: Submit any work references, letters of recommendation, or a portfolio of your work that can attest to your abilities and experiences.
- Certifications and Non-Academic Learning: Include certificates from completed training, workshops, online courses (like those from Coursera), or any other non-formal education that relates to the field of the degree you're applying for.
- Optional Comments: Use the additional comments section to provide context that might not be clear from the documents alone.
4. Motivational and Biographical Section
Keep your Statement of Motivation and Bio concise, ensuring they clearly reflect your goals and experiences.
- Statement of Motivation: Here, you'll need to articulate your reasons for pursuing the degree. Highlight your career goals and how the program aligns with them. Keep it concise but impactful.
- Bio: Share a brief professional biography, emphasizing your significant achievements and experience.
5. Agreement Signing
- Review: You'll be presented with an agreement summarizing the application's terms. Read it carefully.
- Signature Submission: You will sign the agreement digitally, a straightforward process requiring your signature and initials. You have the options to type, draw, or upload your signature and initials.
- Typed: Simply enter your name and initials as you want them to appear.
- Drawn: Use your mouse or touchscreen to draw your signature directly in the provided space.

Remember, once you sign or decline the agreement, the action is final. Review your decision carefully before proceeding.
