Both academic board members and college admins can approve student applications. But first, the academic board needs to confirm degree application requirements to allow college admins to approve students' applications.
How does academic board allow college administrators to approve student applications?
The Academic Board member can perform this action on their dashboard by clicking the "Confirm" button in the Degree approval warning.
Application approval process
To approve the application, select specific students from the list of degree students, then click the "Actions" button and select "Approve application".
💡 Note: Once a degree is approved by the Academic Board, students added by a college admin via AMS or automatically via API are auto-approved by the college. Manual approval is not required, streamlining the enrollment process.
