Woolf provides three pathways to help students access accredited higher education programs, ensuring flexibility and inclusivity for a diverse range of applicants. Each pathway caters to specific eligibility scenarios, from standard admissions based on prior qualifications to alternative routes such as Performance-Based Admission (PBA) and Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL).

1. Standard Admission

Standard Admission is the primary route for students who meet conventional eligibility requirements. Applicants must submit evidence of completing a degree one EQF level below the degree they are applying for. For example:

A Bachelor's degree (EQF Level 6) is required for admission to a Master's program (EQF Level 7).

Upon verification, Woolf issues an unconditional full admission letter, finalizing enrollment.

2. Performance-Based Admission (PBA)

PBA is designed for students who lack formal qualifications or cannot provide sufficient evidence of prior learning. This pathway offers conditional enrollment, allowing students to demonstrate their academic potential by meeting specific performance criteria.

Requirements to Transition to Full Matriculation:
- Complete the greater of either 250 hours of coursework or 25% of the degree program workload.
- Maintain a GPA of 90% or higher.

PBA provides an opportunity for students to gain full matriculation based on current academic achievements rather than past qualifications.

3. Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)

RPL is for applicants whose life experiences and informal education provide equivalent learning to traditional qualifications.

RPL allows students to bypass standard requirements by submitting evidence of prior learning, work experience, and accomplishments for review by a Woolf RPL Officer.
For example, a student who has partially completed a Bachelor's degree and has five years of relevant work experience may gain full admission to a Master's program.

RPL: If rejected, you can continue on the PBA pathway or reapply with additional evidence.
