Dashboard for Students

The Student Dashboard in Woolf AMS serves as the central hub for managing your academic journey. It offers a user-friendly interface that allows you to track your progress, access essential documents, and stay updated on your coursework, credit allocation, and milestones toward graduation. Designed for streamlined navigation, the dashboard ensures that you have easy access to the tools necessary to monitor and advance your academic goals.

Key Functionalities

  • Real-time Academic Progress Monitoring: Track your degree and course progress, including completion status and required milestones.
  • Access to Essential Documents: Easily download important documents such as enrollment letters, transcripts, and degree certificates.
  • Coursework and Credit Allocation: Stay informed on your coursework, track credit accumulation, and ensure timely progression toward graduation.

Student ID Card

The Student ID Card is a digital credential confirming your enrollment in your degree program. It includes:

  • Personal Information: Name, nationality, date of birth, and student ID.
  • Program Validity Period: Duration of your degree program, including expiration date.

Tip: Download the ID card and add it to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet for easy access.

Degree Overview

The Degree Overview section provides a summary of your degree program, including:

  • Degree Program Name: The program you are enrolled in. Click on the name to view comprehensive details about the degree program.
  • Degree Status: Displays whether your enrollment is Active or Pending.
  • Onboarding Status: Indicates whether the onboarding process is complete, confirming you are officially active in the program.
  • Degree Progress: Represents the percentage of your degree completed based on the total workload hours. This is capped by the workload limit for your specific tier.
  • Payment Status: Tracks the percentage of tuition fees paid. A percentage of 99% or higher means your fees are fully paid.
  • Activity: The Activity button provides a detailed timeline of activities such as course completions, grade submissions, and approvals, providing a clear view of your academic journey so far.

Tip: Monitor your degree status and progress regularly through the Degree Overview section and the Activity page.

Degree Courses

The Degree Courses section offers a comprehensive view of all courses within your degree program, organized by tiers. Each tier can include a mix of compulsory and elective courses. You can monitor your progress through each tier, with details on the completion percentage based on the workload hours of the courses.

For each course, you can view:

  • Course Status: Indicates if the course is completed, in progress, or pending.
  • Course Type: Indicates whether the course is compulsory or elective.
  • Requirements: Expand each course to view the workload and required resources needed to complete the course.
  • Grades and Averages: Displays individual course grades and your running average, updated in real-time as assignments are completed.

Additionally, the following features are available:

  • Activity: The Activity button allows you to track detailed course-level activities. The Course Activity page shows a timeline of student engagement, including assignment submissions, meeting attendance, and course material interaction.
  • Gradebook: The Gradebook button provides a detailed record of all graded assessments. It shows individual assignment scores, exam results, and the overall grade for each course, with real-time updates to your running and final averages.

Action: Regularly check your course progress to stay on top of assignments and meet academic expectations.

Documents

The Documents button provides access to key academic documents:

  • Agreement
  • Enrollment Letter
  • Transcript: Updated dynamically as you complete courses.
  • Degree Certificate: Available upon graduation.

Tip: Download any required documents directly from the dashboard for official use, such as for job applications or visa purposes.

Public Credentials

The Public Credentials page allows you to share your academic details with third parties. You can choose to display documents such as your transcript or enrollment letter.
