In this release, we are rolling out several exciting updates and improvements that will enhance the user experience, provide more flexibility, and ensure better compliance with new regulations.

π Enhancements
1. Improved Gradebook View and CSV Export
Key Requirements Addressed
- Increased transparency in grade tracking
- Streamlined grade reporting for colleges
Key Woolf Updates
- Updated gradebook view now shows both running and final grades, and indicators like β1/3β for grade completeness.
- New βDownload CSVβ button added to export student-specific grade data with detailed fields including grade weights, statuses, and staff IDs.
2. Rejection Flow for Submissions

- Correcting mistakenly submitted students

- New "Reject Submission" for both course and degree students with reason capture and status rollback.
- New filters for rejected students added to improve admin visibility.
3. Cohort Compliance Checks for Canvas Colleges

- Improved visibility of course-level compliance issues

- Cohort-level compliance indicators (green/yellow) added with tooltips showing unmet requirements.
4. Course and Course Student Table Enhancements

5. Workflow and Data Integrity Improvements

- 24-hour threshold applied to StudyTrack billing logic to prevent unintended charges.
- Student activity workload updates automatically if verified resource workload increases.
- Student WID standardized across views for consistent tracking and search/import operations.

6. API and Automation Enhancements

- Streamlining onboarding for teachers
Key Woolf Updates
- New mutation enables inviting a teacher to a college and assigning them to courses in a single API call. See API Reference for more information.
7. PBA Student Experience Overhaul
Key Requirements Addressed
- Autonomy for students to switch admission pathways
Key Woolf Updates
- Students can now convert from PBA to RPL or standard pathway via dashboard card.
- New PBA progress card displays required workload and degree average.

β‘οΈ What happens when a course submission is rejected?
The student is reverted to Active status, and the rejection reason is logged. Staff can resubmit once issues are resolved.
β‘οΈ Can exempted students be excluded from grade exports?
Yes, you can now filter them out using the new filter options.
β‘οΈ How does the 24-hour rule affect billing?
If a student signs their agreement within 24 hours of invitation, any prior activity is excluded from StudyTrack billing.
