🌟 Enhancements
1. Pass/Fail Grading Scheme
Key Requirements Addressed
- Fair grading for exempted or accelerated learners
- Accurate transcripts and GPA exclusion
Key Woolf Updates
- Woolf's Academic Team can now assign Pass/Fail grading to selected course students via the Course Students table
- Pass/Fail courses are excluded from GPA calculations and reflected appropriately in transcripts and dashboards
- Grading scheme is locked once a student is marked as Passed or Failed

2. Stage Column in the College Staff Table

- Better visibility into onboarding progress for college staff
- Prioritization of qualification reviews by Woolf's Academic Team

- New “Stage” column shows staff progress through: Invitation > Identity > Qualification > Profile > Agreement > Activation

No. Once a student is marked as “Passed” or “Failed,” the grading is locked and cannot be edited.
