Daily Emails
Daily emails include critical actions that need immediate attention, such as updates on rejected or modified resources and rejected courses. If there is no relevant data for that day, you will not receive an email.
Weekly Emails
Weekly emails provide a summary of important updates that are not as urgent. These summaries help you keep track of ongoing events and metrics within your college.
Configuring Email Notifications

College Admins: You can configure email notifications for other college members. Go to the College Staff page, open the specific user profile, and access the Email settings.

Staff Members: You can set your own email preferences by going to My Account and selecting Email settings at the bottom of the page.
This customization ensures that you receive the information you need, when you need it, without unnecessary clutter in your inbox.
