In the Academic Management System (AMS), tracking degree progress is important for college administrators and academic board members to ensure students are ready for graduation. AMS provides tools to help colleges monitor student progress, verify that all degree requirements are met, and manage the submission process for graduation approval.
Here’s how to track degree progress and submit a student for graduation on AMS:
-
Check Basic Requirements: Use the Completion Readiness Tracker on the Degree Students Page to verify whether the student's onboarding, degree progress, and payment requirements are complete.
- Hover over the tracker to view detailed information about completed and pending requirements.

Submit for Graduation: Once all degree requirements are confirmed, proceed to submit the student's record for final approval.

Only Academic Board Members can submit the record for graduation. This submission sends the student's academic record to Woolf for a final approval and awarding of the degree.
