Qualification Details for Degree Applications

During the Degree Application Process, every student must provide specific information regarding their highest completed qualification. This process ensures that Woolf can accurately verify the academic background of each applicant. Here’s a breakdown of the information required based on the chosen qualification level:

Undergraduate (Bachelor’s)

If you have completed an undergraduate program (e.g., BCA, BSc):

General Education Information: Enter details such as the name of the degree, study duration, awarding institution, and the country where it was obtained. Verify that all information is accurate and acknowledge the declaration regarding authenticity.
Diploma/Certificate: Upload a copy of your original Bachelor's diploma or certificate. No translation is needed if the document is issued in a non-English language by the institution.

Postgraduate (Master’s)

For students who have completed a Master’s degree or equivalent postgraduate qualification (like an MBA or MSc):

General Education Information: Provide details such as the degree name, study period, institution, and country of completion. Double-check for accuracy and confirm the authenticity declaration.
Diploma/Certificate: Upload a clear copy of your original Master’s diploma or certificate. Translations are not required for documents in non-English languages if they are officially issued by the institution.

Lower Undergraduate

This option is for students who have partially completed a Bachelor's degree, hold an Associate degree, or have completed a two-year equivalent qualification (like an Undergraduate Certificate/Diploma or HND):

General Education Information: Enter details such as the degree or certificate name, study period, institution, and country of study. Accuracy is important, and you must acknowledge the authenticity declaration.
Documentation: Upload supporting documents, such as transcripts, mark sheets, diplomas, or certificates. These documents help verify your educational background and can also support an evaluation of your professional experience if applicable.

Doctoral Degree

If you hold a completed doctoral degree (such as a PhD or DPhil), you will be asked to submit detailed information about your qualification:

General Education Information: Enter the name of your degree, the period of study, the awarding institution, and the country where the degree was obtained. It is crucial to ensure all information is accurate and to acknowledge the declaration regarding the authenticity of the submitted data.
Thesis Requirement: You must provide a publicly accessible link to your thesis, ideally from a university library or a government database. If a public link is not available, you may need to submit scans of your original degree certificate or arrange for the university registrar to email a confirmation directly to Woolf Support.

High School

For students who have completed their high school education, you will need to provide details of your high school qualification:

General Education Information: Enter the name of your school/institution, study period, and the country where the qualification was obtained. Make sure all details are accurate.
High School Certificate: Upload a clear copy of your original high school certificate from the awarding institution. No translations are needed for non-English documents.

Professional Details (Required for RPL Pathway)

If you are applying through the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) pathway, in addition to providing details of your highest qualification achieved, you also need to provide professional details to demonstrate your work experience:

Years of Work Experience: Enter the total number of years of experience as a professional.
Professional Profile: Provide a link to your professional profile (e.g., LinkedIn).
Supporting Documents: Attach a current CV/resume, relevant certificates, references, and portfolio items.
