At Woolf, colleges can transfer students between degree programs at the same educational level, ensuring a seamless transition.
This article explains the functionality, eligibility requirements, and limitations of changing a student’s degree.
Overview
College administrators can move students with Active or Pending statuses to another degree program within the same EQF level, ensuring the student’s record, tuition details, and agreement remain consistent during the transition.
💡 Important Note: Students cannot be transferred across different EQF levels using this feature (e.g., Bachelor’s to Master’s or Award to Master’s). In such cases, the current degree record must be archived, and the student invited to the new program.
